Supplements can play a key roll in your overall fitness and health.  Do you need to take them?  No, of course not.  However, when you understand the reasons why they could be helpful, supplements can make an amazing difference in your fitness and health goals.  Here is a list of supplements in order of importance as well as Coach Jen’s personal favorites:

Think of your body like a car.  In order for a car to run smoothly, the engine needs oil.  Without it, engines system won’t run.  Well vitamins are like that with our bodies.  When taking a good vitamin, it helps our body run more efficiently.   In order for your body to reach its full potential, it needs to have a solid foundation of all the essential nutrients on a daily basis.  Here is my top pick for a multi-vitamin pack
