Being un-healthy can lead to many medical problems including heart conditions, strokes, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and more. Eating a well balanced diet consisting of lean meats, fruits and vegetables paired with some physical fitness activities can help reduce a lot of medical problems. You can battle stress a little easier. Your immune system will work better, helping you body fight off being sick with the common cold or flu.

*make fitness a priority- with the craziness of life, we become too busy. Make time for yourself, its so important.
*limit your alcohol intake
*make sure you get your sleep- getting enough sleep will also help your stress
