Progress will vary with each person. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither were you. Be patient and trust the process!

In order to lose fat,  you have to be aware of your calorie and macro (protein, fats & carb) intake.  Eating lean meats, fruits and vegetables in moderation for what your body needs will help lose the fat and put on some lean muscle.

Each client has a customized diet to fit their own personal needs.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or compete in a bikini competition, each diet is tailored for you.
